Brady: Going to ‘take a great effort’ to beat the Colts

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WISH) – New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady doesn’t have any extra motivation to beat the Colts, even though the off-season issues brought up by the Horseshoes questioned his integrity.

“I’m always pretty motivated,” said Brady at his Wednesday news conference. “It’ll be an exciting game. I know they’ve got a good team. They’ve won three straight. They made some changes this off season, so they’re a very confident team. It’s going to take a great effort to beat them. We’ll work hard at practice today, over the next few days, hopefully get us prepared, and then go out and try to beat a good team on the road on Sunday night.”

Does he get a sense this game means more to the fans?

“Not sure. As a player, we treat every game the same. We’re motivated as always. They have a guys team and we need to play well to beat them.”
