INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – McDonald’s says it’s all day breakfast is a hit, but store owners don’t agree. Also, a new report says hangovers are costing the country billions of dollars.

McDonald’s franchisees say the launch of all day breakfast has been more of a headache than a money maker and its sparked chaos in the kitchens, causing slower service for customers.
