INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A project at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital got a big boost from an Indiana native.

Papa John’s CEO John Schnatter and his wife Annette present a $1 million check to St. Vincent for their St. Vincent House, a project to make sure kids in the hospital are close to their parents.

The project aims to give parents from around Indiana a place to stay while their child receives treatment.

The money will go toward the building in the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the home was held on Thursday.

The new facility will provided a place for up to 20 families to stay. For more information on the St. Vincent House, click here.
