Police vehicles vandalized in Howard County

KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) – Investigators trying to determine who is responsible for vandalizing several police vehicles over the past year.

Howard County Sheriff Steven Rogers said that vehicles owned by the Kokomo Police Department, Howard County Sheriff and the Indiana State Police have all been damaged.

According to Sheriff Rogers, the vandalized vehicles had their tires punctured at night while parked at an officer’s residence. In some cases, the personal vehicles of the officers were also damaged.

Detectives are asking that anyone with information call (765) 456-2031 ext 247.

A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for the damage.
