IMPD hands out glow sticks, candy for Halloween
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is making sure trick-or-treaters can be seen as they walk door to door.
Three IMPD district headquarters gave away glove sticks and candy to kids Saturday evening.
The southwest, north and southeast districts held the events.
The Indianapolis Fire Department and EMS also gave away glow sticks.
