INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Colts take on the Carolina Panthers Monday night on the road, but fans can celebrate game day in the Circle City.

There will be a pep rally at Circle Centre Mall from noon to 1 p.m. Monday afternoon where fans can receive giveaways, see live entertainment and even meet the Colts Cheerleaders.

There’s new controversy ahead of Monday night’s game. The NFL is looking into whether the Colts broke rules by allegedly not disclosing a rib injury to Andrew Luck.

The national report says Luck has been playing with multiple fractured ribs since week 3 of the NFL season.
