INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A new partnership between Downtown Indy and FiberIndy will provide free Wi-Fi on Georgia Street starting immediately.
Users will be able to connect to the network “Georgia St Wifi by FiberIndy.” No password is required to access the network.
In addition, area merchants and event organizers will be offered add-ons such as managed Wi-Fi, cloud storage and static IP’s.
“One of our top priorities at FiberIndy is to simply better connect the city of Indianapolis,” says Mark Friend, vice president of business development at FiberIndy. “We want to make our city more attractive and convenient for our fellow Hoosiers and all the visitors who pass through.”
