IndyCar Driver James Hinchcliffe gets REV’ed up

jamescarYou remember this? During practice for the Indy 500 last year, Indy Car Driver James Hinchcliffe suffered a life-threatening injury. Thanks to quick work by his safety team at the track and his surgeon, James has already been back in a race car.

That’s why this year’s Rev event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway has special meaning for James, as well as the Methodist Health Foundation. James has been named honorary driver chair, hoping to raise more than $400,000 for IU Health statewide trauma programs, which includes medical services for drivers and fans who receive care in the infield care center at IMS.

While crews are making preparations now, the 2016 Rev event kicks off on May 7.
