INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis Chase Bank branch closed for the day after police say it was robbed Tuesday morning.
According to IMPD, the robbery happened at the bank near Meridian and 16th streets.
Police say no injuries were reported during the incident and that no weapon was implied by the suspect.
The bank’s doors were closed around 11 a.m. Tuesday with a sign taped up that read “Due to an emergency, this branch is temporarily closed. We’re making every effort to reopen as soon as possible.”
