AVI8OR gets special glimpse of Grand Park
WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — 24-Hour News 8 took to the skies of Hamilton County to get an update on what’s going on at Grand Park.
WISH-TV’s AVI8OR got an amazing view of the new indoor facility being built in Westfield.
Construction got underway over the summer on the 370,000 square foot facility.
It will feature three full size professional soccer fields that can be used for all field sports.
The city hopes Indy Eleven as well as local teams of all ages will utilize the facility.
The building will also have office space, locker rooms and a restaurant operated by Jonathan Byrd’s.
It’s scheduled to open next summer.
A second facility featuring basketball and volleyball courts is also expected to open next year.
