Some things we do out of habit eventually become tradition, but putting on holiday weight doesn’t have to be one of them! Katie Quinn, Take Shape for Life Health Coach, says although the average American only gains an estimated one pound between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, an NIH study found that most Americans never drop the gained pound.
