Milhaus Ventures bringing 250 jobs to Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – New jobs are coming to Indiana by 2020, according to Milhaus Ventures.

The company plans to invest $1.654 million over the next five years to work at their headquarters located at 460 Virginia Avenue in Fletcher Place to bring in up to 250 new jobs statewide. The location was formerly known as the Shirley Engraving property.

The company says the 12,000 square foot building will be more than just office space and will focus on transitioning the Fletcher Place neighborhood with the Mozzo project and their corporate office.

Milhaus currently employees 116 full-time employees in Indiana with another 28 full-time employees in the Midwest.

They plan to hire employees for management, information technology, finance, sales and marketing, to help them continue to create unique housing designs for urban areas.

Milhaus’s says they are commitment to redeveloping abandoned properties and transforming neighborhoods.
