Suspect sought in east side CVS attempted robbery

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A suspect is wanted for an attempted robbery of an east side CVS Pharmacy store, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

It happened in the 1000 block of Arlington Avenue on Aug. 12. Now, IMPD is asking for the public’s help in solving the case.

Police say a black male entered the story and went to the pharmacy counter. While at the counter he passed a note to the pharmacist that read “give me all this.”

The pharmacist requested security over the PA system and the man fled the store.

The man was described as a black male in his teens. He was about 5 feet four inches tall and had a thin build. Witnesses say he was wearing a light ball cap, pink jacket with a white glove over his right hand.
