Person killed after van collides with train in Montgomery Co.
MONTGOMERY CO., Ind. (WLFI) – A collision between a van and a train claimed the life of a man in Montgomery County Thursday afternoon.
According to Indiana State Police, the van was headed south on County Road 1050 East near U.S. 136 when the driver failed to yield to the train.
The train crashed into the van, killing the person in the van.
The victim’s name has not been released.
