IMPD looking for bank robbery suspect

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police are asking for the public’s help to find a bank robbery suspect.

Police say a man robbed Credit Union 1 in the 4000 block of West 10th Street around 10 a.m. Saturday.

Witnesses told police a black man demanded money from the bank teller. He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He is described as 6 feet tall, 150 pounds and in his late 20s.

He was wearing sunglasses, dark-colored pants, a brown or black coat and a dark-colored winter hat at the time of the robbery.
