2 arrested in Bartholomew County for child molesting

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — Two men were arrested for child molesting Friday in Bartholomew County.

The Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office says Christopher Corbin was arrested in the 1300 block of Brookside Drive in Columbus.

He was placed on the sheriff’s office most wanted list after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Information from the public reportedly helped lead authorities to Corbin.

Corbin faces a preliminary level three felony child molesting charge.

In a separate case, Timothy E. Crossland, 60, of Columbus, was arrested on two counts of child molesting, according to the sheriff’s office.

Crossland was transported to the Bartholomew County Jail and was released on $30,000 bond.
