‘Here is a better photo’: Ohio man hates mug shot, sends new pic to police

LIMA, Ohio (WCMH) – A man who is evidently unhappy with his mug shot sent a photo to police in Lima to use while they are looking for him.

Lima Police say there is an active warrant for Donald A “Chip” Pugh, 45, for failure to appear. They said Pugh is also currently a person of interest in several other cases including an arson and vandalism.

Police have photos of him, but he reportedly sent a new one showing him in a suit and sunglasses at the wheel of a car. The caption reads, “Here is a better photo that one is terrible.”

“This photo was sent to us by Mr. Pugh himself. We thank him for being helpful, but now we would appreciate it if he would come speak to us at the LPD about his charges,” the police department wrote on Facebook.
