INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – This is the largest Powerball jackpot in history.

It’s so big, the total of $1.5 billion can’t even fit on signs. Signs around Indianapolis are maxed out at $999 million.

The jackpot could continue to grow before Wednesday’s drawing at 10:59 p.m. People have until 10 p.m. to buy a $2 ticket. If you do win the $1.5 billion and take the lump sum, you’d be taking a payout of $930 million before taxes.

The odds of winning are 1 in 292 million, but that is still a chance.

Mark Cuban, the billionaire entrepreneur, owner of the Dallas Mavericks and IU Kelley grad, has some advice for anyone who wins this Powerball jackpot.

Cuban told his local paper, the Dallas Morning News, the first thing the winner should do is hire a tax attorney. Next, Cuban said not to take the lump sum, you don’t want to blow it all. He said to tell your friends and relatives “no” when they ask for money. You know who you are close to and who needs help, but talk to an accountant before giving to anyone.

Don’t make investments. Just sleep comfortably knowing you won’t lose any money. Finally, be nice. “No one likes a mean billionaire,” he said to Business Insider.

Cuban also added, if you’re not happy now, you won’t be happy tomorrow. Money doesn’t buy happiness he said. But if you were happy yesterday, you are going to be a lot happier Thursday. “It’s money. Life gets easier when you don’t have to worry about the bills,” Cuban said.
