Powerball ticket worth $100K sold in West Lafayette

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – While no tickets matching all five numbers and the Powerball were sold in Indiana, Hoosier Lottery officials announced 18 tickets were sold that matched at least four of the numbers.

One ticket worth $100,000 was sold in West Lafayette at the Meijer on U.S. 52. That ticket matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball number. It also included the Power Play, which doubled the standard $50,000 prize.

The biggest winning ticket sold in Indiana was in Terre Haute. That ticket matched all of the first five numbers but not the Powerball and will earn the buyer $1 million.

The winning numbers were 8, 27, 34, 4, 19 and a Powerball of 10.
