INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A third man who is now facing murder charges in the Amanda Blackburn case had a not guilty plea entered in court on Friday.
Charges against 24-year-old Diano Gordon were filed Thursday. Gordon appeared before a judge on the charges in an initial hearing.
Gordon faces two counts of murder, along with burglary, theft and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. He had originally been charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft for actions prior to Amanda Blackburn’s murder. He has pleaded not guilty.
During Gordon’s hearing he spoke very low and quiet while answering the judge.
Larry Taylor and Jalen Watson also face murder charges in the case.
All three men are set for an appearance in court on March 4.
