Carmel police need help identifying fraud suspect
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – The Carmel Police Department is still searching for a fraud suspect.
On Nov. 20, 2015, a man used a cloned credit card at Meijer on E Carmel Dr. in Carmel. He committed fraud at two other grocery stores as well.
He used the card at the self checkout line and was seen leaving in a newer model black sport utility vehicle, according to Carmel police.
