INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — January and February tend to be the coldest months of the winter season.

Dr. Christina Davis, director of the Christian Theological Seminary Counseling Clinic, was on 24-Hour News 8 at noon Wednesday to explain.
She talked about the reasons people feel down in the winter-time, how can we identify that we or our loved ones have seasonal depression and what the symptoms and remedies are.
