Family honors lifelong trucker with semi funeral procession
GREENFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — A Greenfield man was remembered Saturday with a unique tribute to his lifelong career.
Bob Hurt owned Hurt Trucking for over 45 years.
His family and friends thought a semi truck funeral procession was the perfect way to honor his memory.
After his funeral Saturday morning, 18 semi trucks led the procession.
Besides his love of trucks, friends say they will remember Hurt’s sense of humor and distinctive laugh.
He was 70 years old.
