Price of gas could drop even lower
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The price of crude oil just keeps falling, keeping gas prices low. Also, Yahoo is officially up for sale.
Jane King was on Daybreak Wednesday morning with these story and other local and national business headlines.
Crude oil prices are staying below $30 a barrel as anticipation of bigger U.S. crude oil stockpiles deepened the already bearish outlook on oil. This means gas prices will stay low and perhaps dip even more before heading into the busy summer driving season.
In other business news, Yahoo officially hung up a for sale sign. Company Chairman Maynard Webb writes that Yahoo is “exploring strategical alternatives.” By putting the business up for sale is shows that they are hurting and are looking at all options including a sale.
Yahoo will also cut 15 percent of their work force.
