NC, Denver zoos make wager on Super Bowl 50 outcome
ASHEBORO, N.C. (WNCN) – North Carolina Zoo director Pat Simmons is responding to a challenge from the Denver Zoo that whichever team wins, the director of the loser’s zoo wears the other team’s jersey at the front gates.
Not only does the loser have to wear a jersey, they have to eat and drink like someone from the opposite city.
For Denver, that will mean a little sweet tea and some soft, delicious biscuits.
For North Carolina? Maybe some green chili and granola bars.
