Indy bakery dishes up famous treats for Fat Tuesday
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indianapolis bakery is making sure Hoosiers are ready for Fat Tuesday.
Employees at Taylor’s Bakery arrived for work Monday night to prepare for the day famous for tasty foods.
The bakery, located at 62nd Street and Allisonville Road, dished out cookies, pacski and King Cakes for Fat Tuesday. Just a few years ago, the bakery only had five orders for the famous cake. This year – 1,000.
