Officials to announce Florida Powerball winners
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) – The holders of one of the three winning tickets from last month’s $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot are set to collect their money in Florida.
The winners are scheduled to attend a news conference Wednesday afternoon at the Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
The winning Florida ticket was purchased at a Melbourne Beach grocery store. The other two winning tickets for the Jan. 13 drawing were bought in Mumford, Tennessee, and Chino Hills, California.
