Futurex Plastic in Marshall engulfed by flames
MARSHALL, Ind. (WTHI) – A large fire engulfed a plastic facility on Friday in Marshall, that’s just north of Rockville in Parke County.
24-Hour News 8’s sister station WTHI-TV said that the fire was Futurex Plastic at 226 Guion Rd. in the center of town. Parke County Sheriff Justin Cole said the warehouse is completely gone and they are worried about the fire spreading right now. Wind is a major issue as crews battle this fire.
There were no reports of injuries as of Friday afternoon.

Officials called for additional assistance from all fire departments in Parke County as well as assistance from departments in Clinton County.
Guion Road was closed as crews worked to get the fire and smoke under control. Crews think the grain bins located near the warehouse could be affected.
It wasn’t immediately clear what started the fire.
