Free FASFA filing help offered to Indiana students

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Preparing and making sure everything is in line before heading off to college  can be a daunting task.

However, one Indiana institution of higher learning is making the process of college preparations a little easier.

On College Goal Sunday Ivy Tech Community College is offering student free help filing the FAFSA.  Several Ivy Tech locations in the Indianapolis area are among the 42 Ivy Tech sites offering the assistance around the state.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is a needed and required form for any student hoping to be considered for federal or state grants, scholarships or any other number of financial help that may be available.  Students must also file the form by March 10.
