2 apartments damaged in west side fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Speedway Fire Department and the Wayne Township Fire Department responded to a two alarm fire on Monday.
Officials say, a fire broke out at an apartment complex in the 7500 block of Bentley Drive just after 1 p.m.
Wayne Township Fire called it a working fire when they responded. In a video they posted to Twitter you can see smoke pouring out of the apartment complex.
They say that two apartments were involved in the fire and a family of four was displaced.
The fire was under control around 1:30 p.m. It wasn’t clear if anyone was injured.
