New bar serves up local craft beers in Fall Creek neighborhood

Central State Brewing is Indiana’s only brewery focusing 100% on wild (Brettanomyces yeast) and farmhouse style beers, putting a new spin on old styles and old spins on new styles. Koelschip gives co-founders like Josh Hambright a chance to expose people to similar beers to what CSB makes from around the world, as well as an outlet to showcase some of their favorite beers from around the state and beyond
