Lafayette man arrested on 6 child pornography charges
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Lafayette man on Tuesday.
The Tippecanoe County Prosecutor filed six counts of possession of child pornography against 44-year-old Donald Reynolds.
The investigation began in 2014. According to court documents, that’s when investigators found nearly 50 images of child pornography in Reynolds’ email and online storage accounts.
Reynolds denied sharing or receiving child pornography.
The charges against Reynolds were first filed on Monday. However, he was not taken into custody until the next day.
