Woman clocked going 91 mph on snow covered roads
VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – An Illinois woman is behind bars on reckless driving charges.
It happened Wednesday afternoon on State Road 63 near Hillsdale in Vermillion County.
Police say they clocked 20-year-old Patricia Merritt going 91 mph on the snow covered roads.
After stopping Merritt, she was arrested and taken to the Vermillion County Jail.
She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
