ISP: 3 arrested after false IDs, marijuana-laced candy, cookies found in vehicle

MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — Three people were arrested in Miami County after police said marijuana-laced cookies and candy and fake IDs were found in their vehicle.

Bianca Perteet, 27, of Duluth, Georgia, was stopped for speeding on U.S. 31 near County Road 300 South on Feb. 25, according to Indiana State Police.

Harry Erazo, 28, and Rony Jirardin, 23, both from North Miami, Florida, were passengers in the vehicle.

ISP troopers reported smelling marijuana in the suspects’ Dodge Durango.

Police said cookies and candy laced with marijuana, processed marijuana, drug paraphernalia, multiple false identification cards and 28 debit cards with different names were found inside the SUV.

Perteet was arrested on two preliminary charges of marijuana possession and one count of drug paraphernalia possession.

Erazo faces 16 preliminary counts of fraud, four counts of identity deception and once count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jirardin was arrested on eight preliminary charges of fraud, two counts of identity deception and once count of possession of marijuana, trafficking with an inmate and possession of drug paraphernalia.
