BOONE COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A woman has taken a plea agreement in a fatal crash in Boone County in 2015.

Stephanie Shrock of Lafayette agreed to plead guilty to causing death when operating a motor vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance in the blood, a level four felony.

Four other charges, a felony and three misdemeanors, were dropped as part of the agreement.

Shrock has been accused of driving with THC in her system when she caused a crash on Aug. 18, 2015.

Investigators said Shrock was reaching for a cup of coffee when she drove off the roadway, over-corrected, crossed the median and struck another vehicle head-on. Court documents also said that Shrock’s urine tests came back positive for cannabinoids.

The crash killed 45-year-old Jacquelin Harp. Harp’s vehicle also struck a semi.

Shrock is set to be sentenced on Apr. 26
