Tim Burton of Burton’s Maplewood Farm, along with Chef Regina, take over the Indy Style kitchen, to chat about the upcoming National Maple Syrup Festival in Brown County, along with showcasing Tim’s Bear Wallow Bourbon Maple Syrup and Starlight Apple Jack Brandy Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.
Chef Regina shows us how syrup can be used in cooking brussel sprouts and bacon, along with sauteed Indiana Golden delicious apples and vanilla ice cream! Yum!
