Van drives off after hitting woman on southwest side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A second hit-and-run crash involving a female victim was reported Wednesday afternoon.
The latest incident happened shortly before 1 p.m. in the 3300 block of South Rybolt Avenue, near Kentucky Avenue.
According to IMPD, a male driver in a maroon van fled northbound after hitting the woman. It’s unclear how badly she was hurt.

Earlier Wednesday, a woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a vehicle in Lawrence. The SUV also left the scene.
