One shot, killed on city’s east side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Police are investigating a man was shot and killed on the city’s east side.
Police have identified the victim as 37-year-old Dejuan Williams of Indianapolis.
According to police, it’s likely that Williams knew the assailants.
The shooting occurred just before 5:30 Friday evening in the 700 block of N. Grant Ave.
Officers found the man inside of a residence when they arrived. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
No other information has been released.
