Suspects in Amanda Blackburn case expected in court

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The three men charged in a series of violent crimes last fall, including the murder of Amanda Blackburn, are due in court.

Larry Taylor Junior, Jalen Watson, and Diano Gordon are scheduled to appear before a judge Friday.

Taylor and Watson are accused in the robbery and rape of a women at a west side apartment on Nov. 3. The two are also accused of robbing and killing a man at a west side apartment complex – the very next day.

On Nov. 10, police say they killed Blackburn.

She was the pregnant wife of an Indianapolis pastor whose death made national headlines.

Gordon has also been charged in connection to two burglaries committed on the Nov.10, before Taylor and Watson allegedly killed Blackburn.
