Man declared dead after Lawrence crash that injured 6

LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) — One of the victims of a Lawrence crash that sent six people to the hospital was declared dead Wednesday.

Police say 20-year-old Robert Valentine, the driver of a minivan that crashed into a pickup truck Tuesday night on Pendleton Pike, will stay on life support until Thursday morning for organ donation.

Two adults and four children were in the van.

One child remained in critical condition Tuesday afternoon.

The truck driver was not injured.
