Volkswagen CEO steps down, IT security spending expected to soar

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Volkswagen Group of America Group CEO Michael Horn has left the company.

The move comes just six months after the car manufacturer became involved in an emissions cheating scandal.

And is your information protected online?  Spending on cyber-security is expected to soar in the coming years, reaching more than $100 billion in 2018 and $170 billion in 2020.

Oil prices have recently hit a new high for the year.
