Westbound I-70 near Holt Road shut down due to crash
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man has been arrested for driving under the influence after a crash that shut down westbound Interstate 70 Saturday night.
Indiana State Police have not yet named the driver, but said alcohol was a factor in the crash that occurred around 8:45 on Saturday near Holt Road at the 75.5 mile marker.
ISP said the passenger in the suspect’s vehicle is in critical condition.
Dispatchers with ISP said that a Trailways bus was involved. ISP says the bus was empty except for the driver, who was treated for minor injuries.
