6 Lafayette residents charged in drug bust

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) — Six people face 48 criminal charges after an investigation by the Tippecanoe County Drug Task Force.

The arrests happened last week, but now 44-year-old Brian Gaby, 30-year-old Kevin Wendling, 26-year-old Kendra Rossetter, 34-year-old Wesley Bell, 34-year-old Tiffany Zollars and 39-year-old Keith Glass, all from Lafayette, have been charged.

Everyone involved, except Zollars, has been charged with dealing in meth and face other drug-related charges.

According to court documents, those arrested were involved in a drug-dealing operation and narcotics were sold to an undercover detective on several occasions.

Tippecanoe County prosecutors have charged the six people involved with the following counts.

Gaby has been charged with:

  • Dealing methamphetamine (2 counts)
  • Dealing a narcotic drug (2 counts)
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of a syringe
  • Maintaining a common nuisance
  • Resisting law enforcement
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing a narcotic drug
  • Carrying a handgun without a license

Wendling has been charged with:

  • Dealing methamphetamine (3 counts)
  • Dealing a narcotic drug (2 counts)
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of a narcotic drug
  • Possession of a syringe
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing a narcotic drug

Rossetter has been charged with:

  • Dealing methamphetamine (2 counts)
  • Dealing a narcotic drug (2 counts)
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of a narcotic drug
  • Possession of a syringe
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine (2 counts)

Glass has been charged with:

  • Dealing methamphetamine (7 counts)
  • Possession of methamphetamine (2 counts)
  • Carrying a handgun without a license (2 counts)
  • Possession of a narcotic drug (2 counts)

Bell has been charged with:

  • Dealing methamphetamine
  • Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine (2 counts)

Zollars has been charged with:

  • Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine
