IMPD officer involved in Monday evening vehicle collision
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer was involved in a Monday evening collision.
The accident happened just before 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of North Shadeland Road.
According to police, the IMPD officer was headed southbound. It was at that time that a vehicle then pulled out in front of the officer resulting in the accident.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in serious condition.
