Teen shot, in serious condition on south side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A 14-year-old was shot late Monday night on the south side of Indianapolis.
Police say the victim was sitting in a vehicle smoking marijuana when the incident happened. He was involved in an argument over a firearm and narcotics.
The teen was shot by another male in the vehicle. He has been taken to Riley Hospital for Children in serious condition.
The suspects fled after the shooting. Police say this wasn’t the victim’s first encounter with police.
