West Lafayette man charged with child exploitation
TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – A West Lafayette man stands accused Wednesday of videotaping a teenage girl inside a bathroom at a home in Lafayette.
Forty-nine-year-old Randy Higgins has been charged with two counts of child exploitation, two counts of possession of child pornography, voyeurism and possession of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, investigators found three videos on his phone and meth in his pocket.
Higgins was taken to the Tippecanoe County Jail.
