FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A man died Thursday morning after being critically injured from an apparent shooting, according to the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Officers responded to an area in the 4500 block of Monroe Street around 3 a.m. after multiple 911 callers reported hearing gunshots.
