Four suspects accused in dog fighting ring to be arraigned

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)- Four men in a suspected dog fighting ring made their first court appearance Wednesday.

Randall Frye, Henry Hill, Anthony McGuffie, and Dwayne Robinson are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on dog fighting offenses.

According to Columbus police, 45 dogs were seized from five different locations throughout the city during the raids.

The Capital Area Humane Society and the Ohio ASPCA also responded to the scenes and moved the dogs to an undisclosed location where they well be cared for.

One raid happened shortly before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at a home in the 300 block of Clarendon Avenue in Columbus.

Several dogs could be seen chained to kennel areas in the back yard of the home.
