Texas Dog loses half its body weight
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A jumbo wiener dog is on the path to a healthier life.
Eight months ago, Fat Vincent was a 38 pound dog.
Vincent had high cholesterol and was depressed.
After his owner passed away, he was dropped off at a county animal shelter in Houston, Texas.
Eventually, a K-9 Angels rescue of Houston took him in. He’s lost 17 pounds with the help of water aerobics and walks. He is almost ready to find a forever home, but he just needs to lose a pound and a half to reach his goal weight.
