Indiana Supreme Court upholds Indy smoking ban

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A smoking ban stands in Indianapolis. Also, it seems like no one wants a personal computer anymore.

Hoosiers who want to avoid second hand smoke can breathe easier. The Indiana Supreme Court voted to uphold the current Indianapolis ban on smoking. The ban went was imposed in 2005  and outlaws smoking in public businesses.

In other business news, the good old personal computer can’t catch a break. Global shipments of PCs tumbled in the first quarter from a year ago, according to research firms Gartner and IDC. Last quarter was the sixth in a row of declines for PC shipments and the lowest since 2007.
